You Are the Voice You've Been Waiting For
For too long, many of us have been waiting. Waiting for the right time. Waiting until we feel more ready, more confident, more healed. Waiting for someone — anyone — to look at us and say, 'go ahead, it's your turn.'
Here is what I have come to know, deeply, in my own life and in the lives of the women I coach: you are the voice you have been waiting for. The permission you have been looking for? You already have it. It was given to you before you were born.
It Doesn't Take a Platform — It Takes Obedience
You do not need a massive audience to start using your voice. You need one honest conversation, one text message you've been avoiding, one truth you finally say out loud instead of swallowing. The world does not need more noise. It needs faith-rooted voices willing to say something true — and yours is one of them.
It Grows One Woman at a Time
This movement — the one where women stop waiting and start speaking — does not grow because one woman finds her voice and keeps it to herself. It grows because that woman turns around and helps the next one find hers.
I want you to think of one person right now — just one — who has been silent too long. A friend. A sister. A daughter. A colleague. Someone waiting for permission to use her voice. And I want you to make a commitment, right now, reading this: you are going to tell her. Send her something. Sit with her. Look her in the eyes and say, 'your voice matters. I need to hear it.'
Before You Go
You are not too late. You are not too much. You are not too anything. You are exactly enough. Your experience is not a limitation — it is your greatest credential. Your voice is not a burden — it is a gift the world has been waiting for.
You are the voice you have been waiting for. Go be bold.
