Leadership

Permission to Lead — You Don't Need Anyone Else's Approval

For years, I waited. I waited for someone to tell me I was ready. I waited for the perfect moment, the perfect platform, the perfect credentials. I waited for permission.

And then one day, I realized something that changed everything: the permission I was waiting for was never going to come from anyone else. It had to come from me.

Leadership is not something that is granted. It is something that is claimed. And the only person who can claim yours is you.

You don't need a title to lead. You don't need a platform. You don't need approval from anyone else. You need conviction. You need clarity. You need to know, deep in your bones, that you have something to say and the courage to say it.

Every woman who has ever made a difference started exactly where you are right now — uncertain, afraid, but willing to take the first step anyway.

The question is not whether you are ready. The question is whether you are willing.
