Finding Your V.O.I.C.E. — The 5 Elements That Unlock Your Purpose
When I wrote You Have Something to Say…Use Your Voice, I wanted the word VOICE to mean more than just speaking. I wanted it to be a blueprint — a framework that women could actually use to find their purpose and step into it with confidence.
The five elements of the V.O.I.C.E. framework are Vision, Opportunity, Inspiration, Commitment, and Elevation. Each one builds on the last, creating a roadmap for transformation.
Vision is about seeing yourself differently — not as you are now, but as God sees you. It's about having a clear picture of the woman you're becoming.
Opportunity is recognizing that every moment, every conversation, every challenge is an opportunity to practice using your voice.
Inspiration comes from stories — your story, my story, the stories of women who have gone before us. When we see someone else rise, it gives us permission to rise too.
Commitment is the decision to show up, even when it's uncomfortable. It's the daily choice to speak your truth, to honor your calling, and to keep going.
Elevation is the result of the first four elements working together. It's the transformation that happens when you align your vision, seize your opportunities, draw inspiration, and commit to the journey.
